Breakfast example
Here is an example of a 3 block breakfast I enjoy.
It is ½ cup egg beaters cooked in the microwave. Once cooked I add 1/4 cup low fat shredded cheese until melted.
I then enjoy a bowl of cooked oatmeal mixed with 1/3 cup applesauce and 1 tsp. crunchy natural peanut butter.
